Frequently Asked Questions

Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?
No — displayed prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% will be added at checkout. Registered charities may be exempt from VAT on certain services — contact us for details.
How does SMS work?
SMS is an optional add-on available on any paid plan. Choose Pay As You Go (billed per message sent) or a monthly pack — £15 for 300 messages or £39 for 1,000 messages. All messages are sent from your church name, not a random number.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 30-day trial gives full access to all features. After the trial, you'll be charged for your selected plan. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.
Do you offer discounts for charities?
Registered charities may be eligible for a discount. Contact our support team with your charity registration number and we'll discuss options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely via Stripe.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and each church's data is stored in a fully isolated database schema. Church Records never shares data between tenants.
